I already use a management service for my property

Some users are happy to pay hundreds of dollars a year for someone else to do the work. Happy days! We built in great Streetfolio features to keep you smiling, such as managing your mortgage, insurance, contacts and cashflow and tracking your lease history and rent increases.

Investors, if you use Streetfolio but need a hand with tenant screening or property inspections, negotiate fixed prices with a local agent, allowing you to eliminate those percentage based payments and pocket the difference - that's dollars and sense!

Which plan should I use?

We put some thought into the pricing plans and made them really flexible. If you have a single property to manage, the site is free to use. We don't bundle our plans either, so you only pay for what you need. It's fair, it's simple and if it's an investment property the payment may be tax deductible.

How do I delete my account?

Hopefully it was a test account and now you're ready for the real thing! You can delete your account and all your property data from the My Account page.

Is my information kept secure and private?

Streetfolio's privacy and security are addressed in our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. We use PayPal's Payflow Pro to securely process credit card payments.

I'm moving on up - how do I change my plan?

Congratulations! Our flexible plans are listed in the My Account page. Select the appropriate plan and click the 'Upgrade My Account!' button.
